Service, without the guesswork
The short version: commercial service travels; residential sharpening happens at the shop.
Commercial service is scheduled around your location, operating hours, and MKG's existing route. Service is by confirmed appointment rather than on-call.
Residential knives are sharpened off-site at the MKG shop. Drop-off is available, with same-day or quick-turnaround service when capacity allows.
Rush service is available when the schedule permits, with pricing based on current workload and requested turnaround.
Pickup and return are free within 10 miles for orders of 10 or more knives. Outside that free zone—or for fewer than 10 knives—travel is $1 per mile driven.
