Sharp After Dark is MKG’s recurring after-hours edge-care program for restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens.
It is built for hospitality teams that need sharp, accountable knife fleets without interrupting prep or service.
For a confirmed account in an agreed service area and schedule, MKG collects the knives after your last ticket and returns them before prep the next day. Tell us your actual last-ticket and next-prep times so we can agree on the handoff.
